LETTER OF AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Dancer(s) requires a cleared space of least 100 square feet solely for the dancer.
2. Dancer(s) requires a safe dance surface.
3. The performance space requires a proper music system.
4. Payment to be made in cash upon arrival to the performance to the dancer.
5. The price of this performance is set within the standard prices of the professional belly dance community within Toronto.
6. Minimum charge is dollar amount. This is regardless if the dancer is hired for 5 minutes or 25 minutes.
7. Please give the dancer(s) accurate arrival and performance time. Any delay beyond a 15 minute grace period from the original booking time will incur a charge of $50 for each 15 minute interval.
8. The dancer is there for performance purposes only. Any improper interaction or harassment, according to the Government of Canada’s Canadian Human Rights Commission (www.chrc-ccdp.ca), of the dancer before, during, or after the performance will not be tolerated.
9. The client’s failure to follow these terms and conditions will give the dancer the right of refusal to perform and payment will still be made in full.
10. Full refund of deposit if the dancer neglects to perform for any reason.
11. Cancellation policy:
*Deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable.
*Cancellation must be done seven (7) days before date booked for performance. Less than seven days notice will result in full performance charge.
